All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods available in the webshop.

Delivery:
Products will be delivered in the manner, at the location, and at the time specified in the webshop's ordering system.

Right of Withdrawal:
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. However, this right does not apply to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as fresh baked goods.

Complaints and Warranty:
You may, in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, file a complaint about product defects within two years of receiving the item. In the case of defects, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, compensation, or cancellation of the purchase.

Ydmyk bakeri handles personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By accepting these terms, you consent to our processing of your data in accordance with applicable laws.
